Our five-day fun-filled Fast Track to Power Cruising® course turns new and small boat mariners into ready-to-charter pros in the most dazzling tropical locations you’ll find. It’s all you need to charter power yachts up to 50 feet. You’ll learn what control is really like on the beautiful new Moorings 47-foot power catamaran, living the life of a knowledgeable seaman on the water. Whether you are just starting out or want to hone yacht handling techniques, this one-of-a-kind learning vacation is the most rewarding there is.

This adventure is guaranteed to enrich the boating experience and build confidence for everyone aboard. In the Fast Track adventure, Moorings Power and Steve and Doris Colgate’s Offshore Sailing School (teaching sailors and boaters since 1964) have unlocked a new world of learning to power cruise.

Plan to arrive Sunday, as the course starts early Monday morning. The next five days you’ll learn and live aboard the Moorings 47-foot twin screw power cat with a maximum of three other students and your instructor. On Friday you’ll drop your instructor at the Moorings base and set out on your own to enjoy an overnight mini-cruise in gala celebration of skills gained as a US CRUISING POWER BOAT certified skipper.
